Comprehensive Treatment Planning

Comprehensive treatment planning.

For patients whose periodontal and restorative needs are tangled together — severe disease, questionable teeth, and a real question about what can be saved. Send them before you commit to a plan. You decide how involved you want to be, and the patient hears one sequence rather than two opinions.

Radiographs sent

Attach a pano, FMX, CBCT export or clinical photographs — JPG, PNG, PDF, DICOM or a zip, up to 9 MB in total. Larger studies: send the referral now and email reception@anewyougj.com or drop a link to your imaging portal in the notes below. Do not hold the referral waiting for images.

3 Restorative intent
4 Medical history & physician

Drives surgical planning, sedation and medical insurance eligibility.

Medically complex patients can often be billed to medical rather than dental, preserving the dental benefit for your restorative work. Not every patient will qualify — coverage depends on the payer, the plan and documented medical necessity. We verify eligibility before treatment is scheduled.
5 How you want to plan it

Pick one — if you are not sure, leave it blank and we will call you.

Whichever route you choose, the patient leaves knowing exactly what needs to be done, by whom, in what order, and what the end result will look like — and we never present a plan that undercuts what you have already told them.
